The leading Software and Computer Manufactures may have an Office located in remote cities around the world. but my quess is that's about the extent of it.
You will need to be more specific as to your reason to contact them.
Remember these companies get hundreds of thousands of computer folks trying to chum them for a job. My quess is you will have to dazzle them on an application first, Then and only then after you have dazzled the HR department, will you get the chance to dazzle a rep that probably can scare most with there knowledge and expertise, so like I said have all you ducks lined up before you venture into this area.
