Is there any membership Management software out there for a private residential community?

I work at a private golf residential community by the beach, we carry out many activities for our members/owners during their stays, as the vast majority come only for vacation. We do not have a software to keep track of these activities, number of nights/days they will be around in this community, etc... Is there a nice software that may have features that may meet our needs?

You can use this software as-is (with it current focus on managing HOA) for free. Or, if required, I can customize this software (adding / removing modules) with focus on something specific to your golf residential community and may be host it in a different website like www.YourGolfCommunityName.com.

Since this application runs over Google infrastructure, all that one needs to start using this software is just a Google account.
